I’m Corinne Dobbas - a Food & Body Image Coach and Non-Diet Registered Dietitian with a Masters in Nutrition. I've spent nearly 10 years helping women take back their power from food, heal their body image issues, and reconnect with who they are as a WHOLE person. 

And perhaps I can help you too. After all, you're here for a reason. Don't ignore that reason.

HeartSpace Academy is a LIVE, 90-day intensive, application-only, group program designed to help you find food freedom, make peace with your body, practice radical self-care and start living more life.


The Academy is an intense, but deeply liberting, healing experience. It's the ultimate deep dive into intuitive eating, body image healing, self-worth, self-acceptance, and self-care. 

This isn't just another online course. It's an experience. And the live curriculum is designed to challenge you. 

But it's also designed to help you heal. 


During your experience, you will:

  • Dig deep into the world of intuitive eating and finally feel normal around food 
  • Learn tools and practices to heal your body image issues - no matter how long you've had them - so you can start being kinder to yourself immediately

Week 7: Cultivating Self-Compassion

What self-compassion is and isn't / How to use it in your food and body image healing journey / Motivating yourself with loving kindness instead of criticisim / Self-compassion exercises you can use

Week 8: A Deep Dive Into Body Image Healing

Untangling self-worth from your body size / Digging into the principles of Health at Every Size / Redefining a healthy relationship with exercise and body movement / Moving through body shame / Cultivating empathy and forgiveness for yourself and others in your journey

Week 9: Shifting from Food Restriction to Unconditional Food Permission

Week 10: Common Humanity in Relation to Food & Body Image Struggles
